Roughly half of our engagements are buyer-side, half are seller-side, and we take a small number of dual-market clients per year who are selling one Brevard home and buying another.

Yes. Relocation buyer services are one of our five core offers. Many of our clients are moving from the Northeast, the Midwest, or another Florida market and need a broker who can preview homes on video, translate the practical differences between inland and beachside living, and coordinate long-distance offers. We are set up for that workflow.
Buyer engagements often run 30 to 90 days from first search to closing, depending on how defined the criteria are and how the inventory moves. Seller engagements typically run 45 to 120 days end to end, including a preparation window, active listing period, and closing. Investment and second-home transactions vary more widely because financing structure and out-of-town logistics extend the timeline.
